Could anyone out there offer (or point to where I might find) current
examples of such critters?  Specifically, I'm looking for any language
that addresses investigator interest in using/publishing data obtained
under industrial (not governmental) contract, while providing contractors
adequate protection from untoward use of such data.  Appreciate your
response(s).
