I would like to know how and with what instrument you do "quality
evaluation" of your respective offices, particularly on the pre-award
side.

I am interested in getting responses from our faculty regarding the
quality of office support provided in the areas of budget development,
processing support, promptness, narrative comment, and  information
dissemination for example.
