Many thanks to those who replied to my request regarding sub documentation. It seems several are trying to deal with last-minute proposals with subs by having PIs fill out a form and obtaining a signature from the subs.

I'm still collecting responses, so those who would like to share what sub documentation they need in-hand at the time a proposal is submitted, I would be grateful.
