Quantitative measures for determing workload size Roxey, Donna 17 Aug 1999 12:06 EST

We've kicked this around for years, and now we've been asked to try again.
We would love to hear from those of you who have had experience with
attempting to develop a weighted scale for assessing the "degree of
difficulty" of projects. Perhaps, you actually have such a scale and would
be willing to share it. Has it been used to determine program officer
workload size? If you determine workloads in other ways, we'd be interested
in hearing about this as well. Please send responses to me directly or post
to the list as you wish. Thanks very much!
