Does anybody know what federal government entity distributes dollars for
Head Start Programs?  I've been told the Office of Human Development
Services within the U.S. Dept. of Health and Human Services used to, but I
can not find a listing for this office at HHS.  I suspect reorganization may
have changed the area in which Head Start funds are administered.  Thanks in
advance for any information.
