Answer(s) - Modular Grant Form question Syphers, Chris 16 Jul 1999 07:14 EST

Thank you to all who have responded. Especially to Chicki George, who has a
response from the NIH. See below.

Chris

We had the same question and here attached is the question and
the answer we got.

There is no page limit, but given the limited number of items to be
discussed,
it seems that it should be no longer than two pages. I would list it on the
line
for the 12 month budget.

Please advise on the Table of Contents the following:

Where do you list the Narrative Budget Justification, should it be
place on the line for the Budget Entire Proposed Period of Support?

Is there a page limitation on the Budget Narrative?

Can anyone point me to 'The Guide' issue, if one exists, that discusses
changes to the Table of Contents (CC) for modular grants. I have the
12/15/98 article, but it says nothing about CC.

If nothing exists from NIH, what are you doing? Just marking all references
to budget pages and other support as N/A? I could e-mail granstinfo, but the
last time I tried that, it took them a couple of months to respond.
