Job Announcement

Title:          Corporate Controller

Annual Rate:    Salary is at the rate of:  $62,323 - $78,930/yr (depending
upon
 experience and qualifications)

Location:       Health Research, Inc.
 Rensselaer (near Albany), NY

Minimum Qualifications:     CPA and 7 years experience in financial
management
 and accounting; 3 years experience must be in public
accounting.

Preferred Qualifications:   In one or more of the following:  Grant
 Administration (Federal cost principles and regulations);
 Non-profit and employee benefit taxation; Corporate
financial
 management; or automated accounting and business systems.

Responsibilities:           Supervise all financial operation of a $240
million
 dollar non-profit corporation engaged primarily in grant
 administration.  Responsible for internal and external
financial
 reporting; cash and investment management; and accounting
 functions.  Position reports directly to the Executive
Director.
