Once you have the document on your browser save it to disk as an HTML document.  You can then open the file using Word (you have to set the file type in the Open File text box to HTML Document) and you can print from Word.  This gives you a pretty clean document, but you still have to go in and put page breaks in front of forms to be sure that they are not split on the page.
