My experience has been that USDE demonstration projects are full indirects.
Recently, I've noticed that some large ticket USDE proposal initiatives have
specified 8%, in addition to required cost sharing, e.g., LAPP and Preparing
Tomorrow's Teachers....

Hello:

Are ALL U.S. Dept of Education Grant proposals subject to a limit of 8%
for indirect costs?  I know that on Training Grant Applications, you
can't get beyond 8%, but what if the project is a Demonstration Project.
