Hello all,

I have a question regarding temporary employees.  We are in the process of
revising a proposal for submission July 1st. Our PI would like to include a
lab tech, who is currently a temporary employee, but will become a
full-time, permanent employee by October.  Can the PI include this
individual in the proposal?
