I would be interested in hearing from individuals at institutions
which use an online approval process for their internal clearance
forms.

Many institutions make use of an interactive, online clearance form;
the form is completed online, printed, and subsequently  routed for
actual signatures.  However, if you are using an online *approval*
process which takes the place of obtaining actual signatures, I would
greatly appreciate hearing from you.  Any information you could supply
would be greatly appreciated: an outline of the process; an outline of
the programming that drives the process; any level of generality or
detail would be helpful and appreciated.  Thanks.
