For those of you who are responsible for reviewing MTAs, or know something
about how this is done at your organization, I would like to put the
following questions.

Do you have a mechanism in place to track signed MTA's so that they can be
cross-referenced for potential conflict with other agreement terms the
organization has accepted?  If so, could you describe that mechanism in
general terms?  This would be particularly important, I think, with respect
to licensing considerations.
