Claire Carlson wrote to me privately to suggest that there was a need for a
separate budget form for subcontractors.  Any input on that idea?
I know that I always get lots of questions about exactly what is needed for
a subcontract.  Does anyone have any thoughts about the development of a set
of forms or example pages that has the budget with indirect calculation,
scope of work, and letter of intent information for signatures developed for
subawardees?
