One of our faculty is preparing a grant application to the US Army
Medical Acquisition Activity, and they have a quick turnaround time on
this. (prior to April 15)  I would like to know the Trading Partner
Identification Number (TPIN) for SIU and/or SIU School of Medicine.  The
grant application instructions says that this number is received when
registering as a trading partner in the Central Contractor Registration
(CCR) database.  I also need the Federal Interagency Committee on
Education Number (FICE).  This number is required for statistical
reporting of federal support to universities, colleges, and selected
nonprofit institutions.
