Re: iPDF version of PHS 398 available on TRAM Caskey, William PhD. 07 Apr 1999 09:13 EST

Thanks. We're a Windows NT shop and all printers are lasers, either Lexmark
or HP. Sounds like this will solve my problem...Bill

Good Morning -

The good news is that except for a very few old printers (make that OLD)
printers, iPDF will take care of your problems if you prepare the forms
properly. About the only thing it won't handle is printers that can't meet
the margin specifications (e.g., some of the ink jet printers can't handle
margins of less than 0.33" and many federal forms have 0.25" margins). I
am being swamped with requests so will get the instructions up on our
website as quickly as possible. I'll send a note to the List when they are
up there. You sounded so hasseled by the idea of sending out IS (to say
nothing of the expense) that I thought I would go ahead an drop you a note
to say that iPDF will take care of many of your problems.
