Your message was the first of many so I am answering via the list.  The
answer is "Yes" you can change the default information using Exchange.
However, I suggest that you change it via the form field options rather
than simply typing in your own and saving it.  (My default info will
always be lurking in the background unless you change the fields.)  The
regular Exchange package does not give you all of the form field types
that I used.  In order to have all of the options, you will need to pick
up a couple of plug-ins from the Adobe web site.  If you want this
information, and instructions for installing, please contact me personally
rather than using the list.  Its not difficult but the explanation is
lengthy and not everyone will be interested.

If there is enough interest, I can post my handouts from the ERA workshop
on creating electronic forms.
