Since migrating to our new listserv about a year ago, it seems that NOMIME
was no longer a default option for subscribers.  As a result, digests would
show up as a bunch of attachments rather than a nice little email.  I've
modified our list so that NOMIME is now default, and everyone who has had
problems with their digests should be OK now.

If for some reason you wanted your digests to be a bunch of attachments,
send the following message to xxxxxx@HRINET.ORG:

SET RESADM-L MIME
