We have a system committee at HFHS responsible for Y2K issues. I chair
a research subcommittee which is resposible for research including
computers, equipment, databases...you name it!

We have established point people in each research area and just last
week met with them to present on Y2K.  Each lab was given a form for
them to list any Y2K issues.
I'd be happy to share the form or our Y2K information package if you are
interested.
