The University of Minnesota is completing the Schedule of Federal
Awards for our FY 98 A-133 audit.  We have been told that there are
no CFDA numbers assigned for federal contracts (but there are CFDA
numbers assigned for federal grants and cooperative agreements).

Are other institutions having the same problem getting CFDA #'s
for federal contracts?  If not, how have you resolved the problem?
If so, how have you reported the expenditures for these contracts in
your schedule?
