You may have noticed that as of this week when you sign up a PI for
fastlane use, you can check a box at the bottom of the form to verify
if the person already exists in the NSF database.  If you get back a
positive reply - it is not necessary to additionally e-mail "fladmin"
with the redundant information.

I checked it out with NSF this morning.  They said they would issue a
clarification on the instructions.
