Hi,

I would like some information re: Department Grants Management Systems.
Our department handles approximately $14M in funding annually and is
growing.

I would like information/suggestions on software, etc. that would be
helpful in developing an internal shadow system to monitor, forecast,
and report our expenditures, preferably a system that wuld allow us to
encumber expenses.

Any information you can give me would be helpful.
