The following questions may be a bit out of the list's range, but- perhaps
some of you can put me in contact with those in the know:

What is the estimated cost for establishing an endowed or named chair. Does
the cost vary if the "chair" is institutionally funded (endowment) vs
externally funded (foundation, corporate)?

Does the cost estimate vary if the position is clinical or non-clinical?
