Don,

The only place I have ever found this form is in Fastlane; when you choose the organizational unit on the cover sheet(one the biological selections), you will gain access to this form. After you click on OK, on the form list you will now be able to select the classification form.

 The instructions for submitting an application via Fastlane to the NSF
Directorate of Biological Sciences call for the submission of a Proposal
Classification Form (PCF)--it's a form that's apparently unique to this
directorate.  I've been unable to locate this form on the NSF website. Does
anyone know where it can be found?  Thanks.
