There has been discussion recently regarding grant
writers and where to find them and who uses them, etc.
Here's one: what's a reasonable hourly rate for a grant
writer? OR what have you considered reasonable in the
past?  And how many days are necessary/customary
to pull together a proposal?

One of our departments has zero experience and asked
for help.
