Please help...I understand that the Dept of Ed has made some changes to their
final reporting requirements and the procedures for requesting carry
forward.  Does anyone have a quick reference to these changes?
When I look at the EDGAR stuff on the Ed web site, it doesn't
appear to contain revised info (the document is dated March 6,
1997).
