Followup on FastLane Cover Pages

Thank you for your response. At the same time I sent a message
to the FastLane folks and they responded promptly also.
Even tho the guidelines can be confusing and the changes in
procedures may make us crazy, NSF is so communicative. I seldom
have a bad experience.
Your comments and theirs below at least solved today's question of
whether or not to use a courier.
Here are excerpts from my communication with NSF:
