I have two questions concerning IBC review of research involving rDNA:

1)  Does your IBC (or any other administrative entity) verify or keep a
record of research with rDNA that is "exempt" from the NIH Guidelines ,
where "registration with IBC is not required"?

2)  I'm trying to compile a list of predominantly undergraduate and other
small institutions that have an IBC constituted to meet the NIH "Guidelines
for Research Involving rDNA."     If this is "you", could you email me
