One of our investigators has received a Government Contract on which there
will be an INTERNATIONAL Research Subcontract (Hong Kong).

Since this is a "first" for us, we need feedback from those of you who have
done International Subcontracts to give us some advice on how to design this
agreement - i.e., what clauses to include, what parts are "flow-down," etc.
Our standard boilerplate doesn't fit the bill.
