There's a one-page article on page 3 the new SRA News called "A Speaking
Guide for Research Administrators" whichis an excerpt from a conference
presentation Marcia Landen and I did.  The last 3 words have been omitted.
They are "process and experience?".

This reminds me of the old dance band gimmick of playing a fast song right
up to the end and coming to an abrupt end, leaving off the last note to see
if the dancers will fall down.
