Unfortunately, I think I pitched some promotional materials
from this group just this week.  It was one organization
offering certification for your registration in a series of
their courses.  You have to take the grantwriting
series before you can take the reviewer series.  I
thought the latter sounded interesting.

I've seen the stuff before, but don't know that they are a
professional organization like NCURA or SRA. I've never
seen anything but the info promoting the courses.  Some of
the presenters are either NCURA or SRA members--don't recall
which, but I did recognize them.
