Hi Everyone - One of my PI's presented a question today regarding an R21
applicaiton to NIH.  He submitted one in response to a PA which will not be
funded - I know this mechanism isn't renewable but are amended applications
accepted?

If this can be amended can he request a different study section?

With the R21 mechanism applications are invited through a particular PA,
correct?
