My name is Martha Fors and I am new in this list.

I work for a non profit organization related with Public Health in Cuba. I would like to know if there are possibilities for my institution to be eligible to receive grants from any Foundation to fund training programs for our researchers.

If the opportunity exists I need to know how can I get more information and what I have to do. I do not have access to Internet.

I need advise since I have never been involved in fundraising before..
