If your school has written guidelines for distributing F & A costs, I'd
like to get a copy by email or fax.  What I need is not the formula
itself, e.g., 10% to the PI, 20% to the department, 60% to the dean,
etc., but the means by which you decide, grant by grant, who gets what.
For example, how do you handle the F&A from a program project grant with
investigators from different departments and different schools?  A
research project grant with co-investigators from different
departments?   If you have a document that tells how you make such
decisions, I'd like to get a copy.
