For those of you who are under OMB Circular A-122, does your present
Facilities and Administrative Costs Rate (Indirect Costs) Agreement
permit charging F&A on the initial $25,000 of each subgrant or
subcontract?  If so, who is your cognizant Federal agency?  Thanks.
