Hello,

I feel silly asking this but I'm drawing a complete blank.
I haven't used a SF 424 for some time and in the lower right
hand corner is a box with the question:

"Is application subject to review by Executive Order 12372?"

My feeble brain recalls that this program was cancelled or
"put on hold".  Am I right?
