St. Jude Children's Research Hospital is in the process of negotiating an
NIH government contract which will include a Subcontracting Plan for Small,
Small Disadvantaged, HUBZone, and Woman-Owned Small Businesses.

If anyone has had a contract in recent years and would be willing to share
their expertise in developing the Subcontracting Plan, we would appreciate
seeing examples of the final Plan and any corroborating exhibits, reporting
documents, etc.
