FSU is planning to participate in the NIH Commons Pilot Program using HTML
Data Streams for electronic submission of applications. As we speak, our
systems analyst is building the database and creating the web interface. I
am interested in talking with anyone who is in the process of creating or
has already created a database and web interface for this purpose,
particularly Microsoft Access users.
