In the last two days, two of my Investigators have sent me Clinical Study Referral and Confidentiality Agreements from Research Clinical Services, Inc. in Pennsylvania.  For a mere 20% of the study budget, RCS will refer funded clinical trial studies to the Investigator.  I'm putting my skepticism aside for a minute and would like to hear from any of you who have had experience with these types of organizations.
