Remarkable, isn't it?  Ever thought of submitting a paper to either the
Research Management Review or SRA Journal on the topic?  Suppose
we could find funding for the required research you would need to do
for the paper?
I've found email to be a far better medium as far as Ph.D. or M.D. CYA
and response time goes!
