I'm in need of more information on Cooperative Research and Development Agreements (CRADA).  We have received an award from NHLBI.  The proposal included a subcontract with a laboratory.  I just found out that this laboratory is managed by a corporation that was established and fully funded by the Dept. of Energy.  The laboratory has indicated that the only agreement they can enter into is a CRADA because of this relationship with DOE.  Can anyone give me a good site reference or two where I could find out more about CRADAs?  Thanks in advance.
