Session Suggestions for SRA 99 in Denver
Jennifer Morgan 13 Nov 1998 18:13 EST
Bill-
That is a topic that is always of interest, especially as many of us end up
doing a little grant writing or editing for some of our faculty. Thanks for
the great idea. A couple of other people come to my mind, too that could
also serve as panelists.
Anyone else got any ideas for sessions and presenters?

Jennifer, I'm always interested in ways of encouraging faculty to pursue
grant
opportunities. I work at a small, undergraduate institution where
research and
service are far less important than teaching, hence my interest.
I gave a talk at SRA Atlanta a year ago on writing grant proposals
collaboratively--how about a panel on that? I know there are other folks
in
the world who use that method.
