Jennifer, I'm always interested in ways of encouraging faculty to pursue grant
opportunities.  I work at a small, undergraduate institution where research and
service are far less important than teaching, hence my interest.

I gave a talk at SRA Atlanta a year ago on writing grant proposals
collaboratively--how about a panel on that?  I know there are other folks in
the world who use that method.
