I have a question concerning procedure. This question is
most likely for Post-Award, but I would like to hear from
Pre-Award also.  If a faculty lists his/her salary as a
replacement cost and the department hires an adjunct to
replace him/her, what do your offices do with the
remaining salary (since it costs less to hire an adjunct)?
This grant does not allow equipment purchases over 500 and
the PI would like to have the money reimbursed to the
