Sorry to ask this because I should have the info somewhere,
but how do you subscribe to this list?  I want to give the instructions
to a colleague and can't find the most recent stuff that is so
courteously sent routinely to the list.

Forgive me, but could someone help me out - for my colleague's
sake!
