We've discontinued some of our subscriptions because of copyright restrictions which the publishers were not inclined to loosen.  If you can't copy it or summarize it in a publication or note to the faculty, what's the use?  My budget isn't big enough to purchase a copy or pay for a reprint for everyone who might need it--and if you try "circulating" the original, well . . . !

We now rely heavily on "public" information and on-line subscription services available through the UT system for all our faculty.
