I'm interested in how other institutions deal with PI effort on
Institutional training grants.  Do others mandate some nominal effort that
is paid from the training related expenses?  While there isn't any formal
effort required of the Prog Director, we have been requiring PIs to
internally commit some effort to these types of grants compensated from the
TRE.  Please respond to me or the list.  Thanks
