I haven't seen any contracts with that language . . . perhaps the folks who handle our service agreements have.  What we are getting--and trying to respond to--are letters from pharmaceutical sponsors asking if we're Y2K compliant, if so what makes us think so and if not what are we planning to do about it.

I've asked our computer center to give me some sort of general "blurb" to use in response, but I don't have it yet.
