Dear RESADM-L friends,

I would like to use volunteer time as an in-kind match in a proposal which
allows in-kind as part of the required match for a program. What forms of
documentation should be used if this project is awarded? Would time sheets
for
the number of hours worked by each volunteer suffice? If this is
non-skilled
volunteer time, would you generally estimate the value by using the minimum
hourly wage?
