I have a question that relates to cost sharing and
unrecovered F&A.  If an agency requires a match and does
not allow the full predetermined F&A rate, to what length
do you encourage faculty to list the cost in their budgets
as a match? I currently have a faculty member that could
list unrecovered F&A in his match, but did not care to put
it in unless it was absolutely necessary. Do you encourage
faculty to include in the budget or do you require??
