Dear Fellow Members of RESADM-L:
 I would like to hear from research administrators and fiscal people at
Land Grant Institutions that are coping with the provisions of the 1998 Farm
Bill as it affects Sponsored Programs.  Most notably, how are you handling
the 14% vs. 19% IDC issue?  Also, have you had difficulty with unrecovered
IDC not being allowed as "match"...and if so, how have you been able to meet
match requirements?

If anyone knows of a listserv specifically for Sponsored Program
administration at Land Grant Institutions please let me know how to
subscribe.
If there is no such thing, and you would like to be a part of one, please
let me know by replying to me (using the address in my signature,
below...not the entire list!)  I will take the steps to set up such a
listserv here at the University of Florida, Institute of Agriculture and
Food Sciences.
